Laman Baiduri is a project of two midrise residential condominiums situated beside the Subang Lake on leasehold land by the developer Emko Properties Sdn. Bhd. The innovative linear floor plate allows all the units to face the lake. Laman Baiduri offers the selection of three fine-living options; suites, villas and penthouses with a total of 228 units.
There are two types of standard units for the tower. The units are called suites. Each floor has only 6 units with 3 lifts serving per floor. The suites have built-up sizes of 1,184 sq ft. and 1,625 sq ft.  As for the penthouse units, they are 4,209 sq ft. large.  There are only 2 penthouse units per block. The villas units are 1,744 sq ft.
